I worked as a lawyer for thirteen years in various lawsuits and cases, for example, Civil lawsuits and family cases, and the most specialized in Criminal cases, in which I won more than eighty cases, some of them about murder, robbery, kidnapping, burglary, and others. I studied two master’s degrees, one of them in law generally and the other one in private law, and when I studied criminal procedures in America my master’s degree, I was surprised a lot because it is critically different with the Middle East criminal procedures. The magnificent part in United States criminal procedures especially the Fourth, Fifth, and Sixth Amendment, which are based on the constitution of America. For this reason, I want all the world to read and understand the American constitution, specifically, the immigrants who came to the United States, and they have never read or known about their rights in this country.

Additionally,I hope all people to read this book, and I know all kinds of people can read it because, I wrote this book in the simple way and I did not use the sophisticated words, to make various of people understand and realize it even if they studied in different fields such as doctor, engineer, teacher, etc..
